I don't believe you can send the .php3 page (ie a php3 script) to an
email address and attempt to get is to work. php is a language that is
parsed by your server (ISP).
since an email program (such as netscape or outlook) can only read html,
and they do this by reading a file off thier local hard drive (the email
you sent), so it's not being parsed by any server.
so realy, you've got no hope.
of course, tons of email programs can't read HTML either.

this is probably the best you can do (provide a link).
OR you could send the OUTPUTTED HTML (in the browser) to the email
address, so that they are reading HTML only, but it may not be as
up-to-date as your site.
speaking of which, your site is increadibly slow, evn on cable, ping
times were terrible, and all the fonts were way too small :)
