Daniel,
I looked again and found a missing end quote.
$cmdline = "\"$fullname\" . \"Micro-Magic\" .
\"$SerialNo\"" ;
$RegKey = exec("/home/umagic/cgi-bin/regkey $cmdline", $msgs,$rc) ;
executing this command above now returns error 127 (im not sure what that
means, from the above directory or cgi-bin
My ISP wont let me see or modify the httpd.conf file
