Hello Joe,
This may be way to simplistic for you but ..
we always stamp the 'primary' record with a time/date stamp showing
last emailed date. So email-stamp, email-stamp.
This is a pretty quick process and since we know what records should
be stamped (from our primary selection) we simply find those that
weren't
