Hmm, If you don't want to use a DB, how do you plan to make the data static. You could
store it all in flat text files, but tou are going to basically end up creating a DB,
with your own format. You need somewhere to store the data, so that the PHP script can
access it. Otherwise it will simply disappear when the script stops.
