Hi all,
I'm a php newby and now wanna develop the php app to retrive weather data. My developing
environment is in win98+pws+apache 1.3 but the server that I will upload the work to host is in
linux, would that be any problem if I will work in one OS and dump my project to another Os?
any help will be appreciated
