There are perl systems that can do it - search on CPAN for AIM I think.
Or search on google for AIM perl. I created a perl bot that listens on AIM
and does search engine searches for me (brainybot is the screen name
when it's on, but not on right now). Looking at the guy's code and creating
a PHP one shouldn't be too hard, but I think you'd have to run it as a
standalone service via sockets (not sure if you can do that under NT or
not, but I've done it under unix before with the new PHP 4.0.2 sockets
stuff).
HTH some. It's not all prefab done for you, but the knowhow is out there
someplace. :)
