Hi Jason, My suggestions were unfortunately targeted towards *nix environments. To determine what is happening in Windows, you can enable ODBC tracing in the ODBC Administrator control panel (essentially the driver manager). Walk through the trace, and see where the error shows up. Before you try that though, you may wish to try changing $db=odbc_pconnect("DSN=bkcontent;UID=user;PWD=password","",""); to $db=odbc_pconnect("DSN=bkcontent","user","password"); or even (depending on the version of your driver manager) $db=odbc_pconnect("bkcontent","user","password"); Best regards, Andrew ---------------------------------------------------- Andrew Hill Director Technology Evangelism OpenLink Software http://www.openlinksw.com XML & E-Business Infrastructure Technology Provider 781.273.0900 x 27 > -----Original Message----- > From: Jason Bouwmeester [mailto:jason@intervisual.com] > Sent: Thursday, November 02, 2000 4:05 PM > To: 'php-general@lists.php.net' > Subject: RE: [PHP] PHP/MS SQL7 problems > > > Andrew, > > Thanks for the reply. > > 1.
