Hi
This is a simple problem and the easy solution for this to redirect the
user from ins_done.php to the previous page, that is ins.html and you can do
it by inserting the following meta tags in between of your title tags in
ins_done.php.
<meta HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="2;URL=ins.html">
And this will then redirect the user to the ins.html page from where he
can make another entry in your phone book database.
