For this repetitive insert scenario it's easier to have a php file post to
itself,
and use something like a checkbox or 2 submit buttons to allow the
user to "submit and finish" when the last entry is entered. Your code
simply does an "is finished" function and pulls in or redirects to another
page after the insert.
