Well, from your last post on this subject I would suggest the problem
was that you were confused as to what isset() is supposed to return.
Or possibly you called it on a variable that was out of scope (from a
function or class)
It's possible that there was an old release with a buggy isset(), but
if you were to avoid all functions that were buggy at one point or
another you wouldn't get much work done - it's much better to just
make sure you're running a stable release.
