Recommended PHP Books?

Hi folks, We're looking for recommended PHP books to buy for the web development team here - since I'm the only one who 'knows' PHP (and even I could do with a few new tricks), we need a good range from beginner to advanced. So, I thought I'd ask people which books they recommend. I fully realise that many of the best resources are websites and forums, but when you have a group of people who want to learn it's important to give them some kind of tangible reference as well. So please, fire away with some suggestions (and if you could also explain why you prefer them, it'd be cool).
