Hello, i posted a message yesterday, but didn't get any answer. Since then
i made a few imrovements in my search:
I have a simple form to upload a file:
<FORM ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" ACTION="test.php3" METHOD=POST>
Send this file: <INPUT NAME="userfile" TYPE="file">
<INPUT TYPE="submit" VALUE="Send File"></FORM>.
It calls the the php file that has these lines in it :
This is an upload test
<? phpinfo(); ?>
Well if i submit the form without selecting a file to upload, phpinfo()
returns this:
HTTP_POST_VARS["userfile_name"] (empty string)
HTTP_POST_VARS["userfile"] none
HTTP_POST_VARS["userfile_size"] 0
So far so good.
But when i choose a file to upload and submit, i get that netscape error
pop up message saying "Document contains no data. Try again later or
contact your administrator."
Is it Netscape that has a bug, or Apache or php, i can't figure out why it
does this!!
Please help! Tha,ks,
JM
