Hi people,
Has anybody had any experience with embedding fonts in a PDFlib generated
file?
My understanding is;
1. I generate a .afm file plus something else (i'm not sure what yet)
2. Then you point resource file at the correct location (via
PDF_set_parameter)
3. Then you use pdf_set_font to set the font
4. Then use show etc as normal
My problems are is what format do i need to specifically embed fonts in PDF
docs? So that when a user view the docs it will look the same no matter
what.
I've also had problems with PDF_set_parameter() not working (basically PHP
CGI on Windows crashes with a 500 error) has anybody else experienced
anything similiar?
Any help on this would be great.
(Im using the php4win PHP4 distro on a variety on Windows)
Thanks
