I upload the text file to the web server. I Telnet to the web server, go into MySQL and use the MySQL command: LOAD DATA INFILE 'dfilename' REPLACE INTO TABLE tablename; Optionally, you can use IGNORE instead of REPLACE if you do NOT want duplicate records replaced by new ones in the text file.
