Yes you can, after you create the tables and field types..
DBTools will import all the tables and field types into a pre-existing mysql database. In the past I
have always just replicated the access database in mysql then as you suggest export the data from
access in csv and import it into mysql, that was until I was put onto DBTools which can save me alot
of time :-)
