There was a problem of too many IMAP ESTABLISH.
I use PHP and IMAP to provide webmail service. But,
There are more and more established connections
between the web server and the mail server.

I constructed a web server using
apache_1.3.14, php-4.0.3pl1, and imap-2000.
This problem is the same even though
I used imap-4.6 instead.

Could it be said that only the imap-4.5 is available.
