Double-check that copy returns true for success/failure...

Hmmmm. It's losing the path somehow... Oh, yeah. You did basename up
there. Don't. You need the full path for copy() to work.
> upload_tmp_dir = C:\PHP\uploadtemp
Try / instead of \ if it still doesn't work.
