Yes. It was probably 'nobody' or 'www' -- It's whomever the Apache user
is,
unless you are running PHP as a CGI under suExec, in which case it's the
user specified by that... Either way, it's set in httpd.conf.

Last I heard, gunpg runs just fine on Windows. Well, as good as anything
runs on Windows.:-)
