No offense taken. :-) Just ordered the Wrox book "Professional PHP
Programming" from Amazon. I thought that after 3 weeks of PHP programming,
I'd better get myself a book on the subject.
The one you mention, what audience is it for? Since I've been programming in
various languages (C/C++, Java, Delphi, ASP, etc.) for around nine years by
now, what I really need is a PHP book that doesn't start with teaching me
how to program. I gather, that I should have learned it by now, or I never
will :-)
BTW: How about Perl? It seems to me, that when using PHP for dynamic
webpages, it seems obvious to use Perl as your system script engine. A good
professional book on that?
