oops. sorry i missed the earlier message. it should be
<% phpinfo(); %>
after you have enabled asp_tags in php3.ini
<%php is not correct.
btw, i just tried dreamweaver and it seems to support php quite nicely!
and has much more cool functions than front page. :)
