That's about what I'd do in the same situation. The idea is to hold all the information that might change (or that is repetive, for that matter) in a database. That way you can call it when you want it and change it when you want it (even let the dealer change it on a simple form). So your idea as far as that goes is good ;) One thing that comes to mind though is what it's like to have a client that's not web-savvy as for a project like this; this goes for the pictures & thumbnails, especially. I'd say just put a field in the table that references the location of the pictures (ie, "/pics/honda_civic_thumb.jpg", etc). If they want to add new ones, let them come to you... unless you feel like somebody there is capable enough to scan, size, optimize, and all that. It's just a pain to try to teach somebody that doesn't get it... then they complain that their website looks bad, or it just looks bad period and has your name on it and people wonder why a site you designed looks bad.
