I'd suggest:
echo "<table bgcolor='#ffffff'>
<tr>
<td bgcolor='eeeeee' width='300'>
Name : ";
$name = 'johnny';
echo "<B>$name</B>
</td>
<td bgcolor='#eeeeee' width='300'>
Title : ";
$title = 'smith';
echo"<B>$title</B>
</td>
</tr>
</table>");
This way, the code IS readable, for small-medium size echoing.
