Nevermind, I see you are using Apache, it sounded like a windows error to me.
Anyway maybe you should grab the source and compile it in your space as a cgi
"./configure --with-mysql --enable-track-vars" then follow the instructions in
the INSTALL document for the things you need to put in the httpd.conf file (in
your case in the .htaccess file in the root of your web directory).
