Yes. The statement that "some off line broswers may be able to suck the material from your web site unexecuted code and all" is completely wrong. If they're retrieving a page, they're using http and will get exactly what you get when you do a view-source in your favorite browser. If there's any way to get the unexecuted source, it would only be because of a massive security hole in the webserver (e.g. IIS's ::$DATA from way back) or misconfiguration.
