I reply to the original author (or whoever is asking the question)
and the list.
Reason is:
A. Not everyone who posts is subscribed (or uses different address
like me ... )
B. It is usually beneficial for everyone to see the answer
If it gets into a detailed one-on-one, I then take it privately.
Note to everyone: Please cut off those 4 line PHP footers when
you reply. Just one of those things that annoy me seeing 5 lines
of email and 30 lines of footers. :)
