know of?
It's been a while since I saw an updated range table, but I remember a lot more exceptions.
I used to work at verifone, where we did this sort of thing on a daily basis.
If I called some contacts, I could probably get an updated version.
I remember that the banks and card companies were buying and selling blocks of numbers as each adjusted it's projected requirements, and got mergered etc..
