You'll find a few hints on the http://www.php.net/manual/function.date.php page, make sure you use that url and not any local mirror (sorry, but my mirror no.php.net doesn't seem to have the comments on it, the manual doesn't even work at the moment; parse error in shared-manual.inc on line 250). Is there a way to distribute the comments as well as the manual?
