See if the user is entering single quotes and if that is tripping up the
database insert. Escape them with str_replace("'","\'",$field) (is
that the
syntax?). That's all I can think of. Does the trip up happen at the same
point in a particular set of data that is inserted repeatedly? Does it happen
on 4.5 or 5? Most Macs come with at least 4.5 now. Maybe it was a bug that
was fixed in a later browser.
