Hmm, I just did "cvs remove ext/canvas ext/combobutton ..." followed by
a "cvs commit" and that didn't give me any errors.
But the directories vanished only after "cvs update -P" though.
Shouldn't the directories *not* appear for anyone who checks out the
module freshly from cvs from now on?
