So what did we do there before? (*confused*) Because I never saw win32 buildconf output like this until now:

     Remove extensions that are either unsupported or have not been ported
     yet, from HEAD. They are still on PHP_GTK_1 branch.

Hmm, I just did "cvs remove ext/canvas ext/combobutton ..." followed by a "cvs commit" and that didn't give me any errors. But the directories vanished only after "cvs update -P" though.
