I told Fedora 4 to set everything up on its own and it created "logical volumes". I am not entirely sure what that means but I don't think it created real partitions like I am used to. That may have something to do with it. What other information can I give that will be helpful? I deleted and re-checkedout the source. So I know I am working with the absolute latest code. I couldn't find anything on any gtk mailing lists or other gtk wrapper mailing lists. Thanks, Scott
