I don't think this is a PHP-GTK problem necessarily. Scott, can you try and convert your script to PyGtk and see if it does the same thing there?

Are you on a low-fat logical volume setup too by any chance? What is a "low-fat logical volume setup"?One with no partitions. LVM. But having browsed the Interweb for the last hour or so, it looks now like I was on the wrong track there anyway.I get 12 of the path != null messages, and the list shows 9 folders only (8 + the "other..."). Perhaps it's due to the fact that I have 6 user defined locations?I don't know, Scott had a whole _four_ separate errors per location :) What do you mean by user defined? Created from within the filechooserbutton widget? You could try that: Use the normal file chooser dialog and define some own places. Then test the bug. I think that I get the path != null message twice for every own location defined.Hm... I think if I have to try that hard to reproduce a bug it's probably a user problem... No offence intended, I do realise it isn't - but more seriously, if I have to do something extreme to emulate Scott's crash on instantiation, how can we know if I'm actually producing the same problem or an unrelated one? - Steph --PHP-GTK Development Mailing List (http://gtk.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
