Re: alpha release stuff

I'm about where you are - patches, and FileChooser has bugginess I need to look into, and I still want to port the GtkSourceView lib to win32 (this being the original - the PHP-GTK wrapper looks like it will 'just work'). Apart from that all I need to do is check that _all_ the libs used in the PHP 5 build are up to date. I'm still waiting for you (or anyone else) to look into the Scintilla options. Well, basically on my end I need to take a look at all the patches in the queue and see whether we want to apply any of them before making the release. I also need to fiddle with the packaging script so that it packages the gen_* files instead of making people generate them themselves.
