From this line in the php script :-)
list($pixmap, $mask) = gdk::pixmap_create_from_xpm_d($gdkwin, null, $cursorpmp);
The mask is a bitmap ...halfway there the $pixmap is a true Gdkpixmap
... that is the problem
How else would you generate the bitmap (easily) in php?
