Hi Scott,Sorry. You are right. It should say "new GtkCellRendererText()".$cellRenderer = new GtkCellRenderer(); $cellRenderer->set_property('mode', Gtk::CELL_RENDERER_MODE_EDITABLE); $column = new GtkTreeViewColumn("Description", $cell_renderer2, "text", 1);Isn't GtkCellRenderer an abstract class? I don't think you can create an object of type GtkCellRenderer. (like GtkWidget?)
And there are no properties (yet) for the GtkCellRendererText class.I can't explain exactly why but there are some properties which are only accessible using the set_property method. They won't even show up in reflection output. I know that this is the case with GtkTextTag. Did you try using set_property on the text cell renderer? Scott
