GtkRc file don't loaded...

Hi all, i have a strange problem pertain to GtkRc file when i use it with Inno setup. I have created a simple installer for windows, this create a new group and a link into the menu start. This link call the php_win executable and the main.php file to be executed that run without problem but don't load the rc style (Windows Xp Themes thinice engine) that i have placed into the folder of my application. Thus to try to understand this problem i have used the dos shell and from the folder of my app i have executed the "C:\Programmi\MyApp\php_win main.php" and in this way the gtkrc is loaded. The question not pertain the php-gtk but i have ask you because there are developers that have a good amount of experience on desktop and windows. Thanks to all in advance. P.S: I work on php-gtk1 with php.4.4.1
