Just a quick FYI for php-gtk v1 users... use GTK_VISIBLE instead of
Gtk::Visible ie:
if(!($window->flags() & GTK_VISIBLE)) {
$win = $window->window;
$win->raise(); // or $window->show(); etc...
}
