The wiki is down permanently. It was more a source of frustration than anything else. If someone is willing to put up a wiki and support it on their own server, we can link to it from gtk.php.net, but until then we just have to live without it.

I have plenty of space on my server, but I'll be travelling a fair bit over the next few weeks - and will have 'no fixed abode' for four weeks after reaching the UK, i.e. server admin would be unpredictable for a while. I can give the wiki a permanent home, but not until the New Year.
If anyone else wants to step up and host it for the interim period, please do!
