Okay let me rephrase that: Are you talking about documentation only or just the whole website? I have a blue themed version of PHP.net ready for use. All you need to do is add in the documentation to this blue themed site as you see fit. Otherwise, there was no point in redesigning the PHP.net theme. Are you sure you want to entirely dump it?
