Wasn't the original based off PHP.net? Okay, we need a prototype. Also, could you please
explain the benefits of Smarty? It's website looked old, but again, I really don't know
what you have in mind. Just note this could take a long while, and I am hoping that whatever we come
up with comes to fruition.
