Error 400 with apache end php4

I got an error 400 of this kind :
Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Invalid URI in request GET /index.php HTTP/1.0
I think I missed something in the install process of apache, those are
the lines I added at the end of httpd.conf :
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:\utils\php\"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php .phtml
Action application/x-httpd-php "c:\utils\php\php.exe"
Could anyone help me ?
