Install problem-----help please!!

I am using RedHat 6.2, I have some development stuff installed (just ennough to build kernels). I have successfully installed and configured apache-1.3.12 with modules support and am using a mysql binary distribution which also works. I have installed this on another machine with out problems so I am really confused by the following debug.log file.....
