I think explaining the changes clearly is a good addition, but I wonder
if we should be retroactively editing the RFCs themselves. Maybe instead
we should have separate page on wiki - https://wiki.php.net/voting akin
to https://wiki.php.net/security - and edit that? Of
course, wikis have
history, but it seems to be editing the RFC itself makes it harder to
see which part is current and which part is original and what was
originally proposed, so that it may happen that RFC is nominally
attributed to one person, but its content has eventually nothing to do
with what that person proposed and written by somebody else.
