Will be letting this cool down for the recommended two weeks while I learn the things and PHP 8 is
prepared for release.
Not sure if this should be put up for a vote before or after the implementation based on what I’ve
read so. Seems the recommendation is the vote first - unless sample implementation seems like it
would be helpful. I think it would; so, will proceed on the implementation course pending feedback.
