That's where the 99% comes in. We should be able to make somethings
work properly (for example, comments, which requires a little munging.)
Other things will simply not work. But if you require the default
handler in your PHP code, that's kinda esoteric, as no data is ever
guaranteed.
SO :) We should be able to implement a reasonable subset of the default
handler, but will most likely never be compatible.
