Of course, short tags can break with xml, but the short tags are used way too much, so removing them will break 1000s of scripts. removing ASP tags would break 100? I guess no more then that. What metric are you using to evaluate that ?All values mentioned above are guessed, from all the scripts i browsed on the internet in the past years. Tijnema
