We can't break BC in 5.x, so the way to go is: 1. implement underlying changes 2. restore backwards compatibility (HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA should be auto-populated in all cases when it is populated now) 3. always_populate_raw_post_data should be introduced for BC purposes 4.
