The main problem that we must solve - getting data as ассоц array,
from body request when request method PUT, DELETE,...
Now
file_get_contents(‘php://input') but
php://input is not available with enctype="multipart/form-data"
Need to make access to these data, in global variables for all HTTP
request methods.
