Yes, you're right, I'm wrong tests, send PUT
enctype="multipart/form-data" - php://input - is not empty, sorry.
But parse multi part in the PHP script is not very good solution, can
use pecl-ext HTTP, but it is better if there are an global array of
$_BODY.
