FYI, WinCache is released and downloaded primarily from SourceForge, and as a result the actual
usage metrics are not captured on PECL package-stats.
I used the download reporting metrics tool in SourceForge, and WinCache had 306,564 downloads (all
flavors) for 2014. For the past 5 years:
2014: 306,564
2013: 260,450
2012: 181,304
2011: 159,070
2010: 415,333
Total: 1,322,721
